Job Title: International Development Consultant – Reach Project 2

Description: Pact seeks international development professionals to provide short-term technical support to enable completion of REACH project activities
Specific Task/Activities:
1. Review REACH household economic strengthening (HES) activities of CSOs to get a measure of scope and reach
2. Confirm list of beneficiaries of the HES beneficiaries that have been funded by CSOs
3. Follow up and identify the number of village savings and loans schemes(VSLS) that have been supported by CBOS
4. Identify number of VSLS groups still I existence and their current and prior capital base
5. Get a sense of number of OVC benefiting from the VSLS formed
6. Identify gaps and or challenges that could mitigate sustainability of the VSLS
7. Review and confirm funds spent for HES by each CBO and provide total sum by CBO and state
8. Any other task assigned by Country Director within the contract period
Deliverable:
1. A comprehensive report describing activities, follow-up actions, and recommendations as regards to the REACH project.
