Job Title: Regional Managing Director (Growth and Strategy)

Job description: – Responsible for directing the activities of departments within the TNSB Regional office for Africa. – Manages other employees and ensures all business goals and objectives are reached.
Primary responsibilities:
• Direct the activities and productivity of a department or entire organization.
• Provide training and guidance.
• Delegate duties to competent work force and direct job descriptions
• Hire, terminate, and train staff.
• Create schedules.
• Work with the President to sustain and grow programs and service.
• Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.
• Support the organization's strategic alliances and partnership.
• Ensure performance goals are met and set.
• Attend and preside over meetings.
• Participate in and oversees strategic planning.
• Represent the organization to the public, key stakeholders and business partner.
• Plan and implement the annual calendar of activities including fundraising initiatives, special events and the official administrative acts.
• Help create budgets and track expenditures.
• Create presentations for meetings.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Bachelors degree in business degree in business, public administration, planning, education, or related field, and 8 to 10 years in business development, planning, marketing, communications, and project management.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written and excellent interpersonal skills essential.
• Requires ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
