In a case of mistaken identity, reports say South African Hip-hop artiste Khuli Chana has been shot by the Police.
.
The multiple award-winning rapper was shot in Midrand, Greater Johannesburg in the early hours of Monday morning, October 28, 2013.
.
The news was confirmed by Chana's manager Refiloe Ramogase. According to Ramogase, police had identified Chana's car as 'matching the description of a vehicle belonging to a suspected criminal' SA publication, eNCA reports.
.
The official MTV Base Twitter handle also announced the news; 'Breaking News: SA rapper @KhuliChana has been shot and injured by cops in an alleged case of mistaken identity. More details soon!'
