Job Title: Managing Director

Responsibilities: The Managing Director is responsible for working with staff and Board to become the public persona of the company responsible for all corporate relationships (customers, vendors, regulators, board of directors and shareholders). You will also be accountable for the development and execution of the company's growth strategy.

• You must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and a desire to work for a fast-paced start-up that can offer significant career growth.
• We seek a decisive leader capable of creating the big picture with great attention to salient details.
• Intimate knowledge of the Nigerian business terrain with management experience in both the regulated and deregulated sectors of the economy
• A proven track record in the delivery of sales and organizational growth with international exposure
• Great project, customer and human management skills demonstrable through historical achievements in each of these critical areas of our business
• A degree in a relevant (technical preferred) field with at least 10 years post qualification experience especially in corporate management, at least 5 years of which must have been in senior executive management (i.e. CXO, board level) preferably cutting across multiple industries and segments
Job Type: Full-Time
