Job Title: Commission Sales Executive

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Employer: Philly and Mools Group

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Responsible for both direct and indirect sales.

•   Maintain cordial relationship with car dealers and also keep record of their information details.

•   Liaise with prospective, new and existing customers on issues as affects sales and customer service.

•   Ensure prompt and effective delivery of vehicles.

•   Drive the company's sales revenue growth.

•   Responsible for generation of sales lead and prospects.

•   Conduct extensive market research and intelligent gathering of customers and competitors information.

•   Source for clients and generate leads for sales or partnerships.

•   Manage the long and short-term business development goals, objectives and targets as part of the department's planning and budgeting process.

Required Skills and competencies:

•   Must have good knowledge of cars and be able to explain and demonstrate car features to clients in a professional and clear manner.

•   Good negotiating and persuasive skills.

•   Smart personal appearance.

•   Excellent communication skills.

•   Good telephone skills.

•   Ability to drive (must have a valid drivers' license).

•   Great interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

•   First degree in any discipline.

•   1 year cognate experience in sales and marketing in Automobile Sector will give an added advantage.

•   Valid drivers' license.

•   Customer service certification will also be an added advantage.

•   Age (23 – 29)
