Walia's all time goalscorer Salhadin Said is upbeat ahead of their crucial return match against Nigeria on Saturday in Calabar.

However 'Sala' as he is popularly known by his peers still remembers about his 'goal' that denied by the referee when the two sides met in October saying it was one of his worst moments in football.

Despite the disappointment, Salhadin is delighted to welcome his striking partner Getaneh Kebede who has been given a clean bill of health and is expected to start in Calabar.

"It's amazing how times flies and within a few days we will meet Nigeria once again. It will be a tough match but all in all football is a game that you cannot predict. The first leg was not good for me after my goal was disallowed this really affected me but I have now overcome that and am now ready to give a performance of my life against our opponents."

"Nigeria might have the upper hand by virtue of the away goals but I believe it's not over until the 90 minutes are done and am happy Getaneh is back to fitness and hopefully we can both help our beloved team to score the important goals in Calabar," Salhadin Said said.

Salhadin is expected to join his team mates on Tuesday ahead of the Saturday match that is a must win for the Walia who have had a good run in the World cup qualifiers.
