The Oyo State Police Command has placed N1,000,000 as ransom for information on the whereabouts of the wanted leaders of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Oyo State, Alhaji Abdul Lateef Akinsola (a.k.a Tokyo) and Mr Lamidi Mukaila (a.k.a Auxiliary).

The state Commissioner of Police, Baba Adisa Bolanta, disclosed the ransom fee to newsmen in lbadan, the state capital.

He also disclosed that the command had pasted photographs of the union leaders in strategic places in the state capital to ensure their arrest.

Tokyo and Auxiliary were earlier declared wanted for their alleged involvement in the NURTW clash that claimed many lives in the state capital.

Who is deceiving who? Can this style work in Nigeria? If the police really want to arrest them, they know what to do. I am tired of this kind politics in Nigeria. Even though someone give them the info to get them, will they pay the money? If I am wrong with my submission, I stand to be corrected.
