The session which lasted about two hours was overseen by head coach, Stephen Keshi and his assistants Daniel Amokachi and Ike Shorunmu.

Team psychologist, Robinson 0kosun who watched the exercise described it as positive in a chat.

"The most important training session is the first and I can say we have started very well. The players are responding brilliantly and as for the coach (Keshi), we all know what he's about. It's been positive so far," he said.
