Role Summary/Purpose: Within the PGS Sales team, & supported by a team of experts in project development, sales, commercial operation, finance, and Application Engineer, the SWAT leader Upgrades & Rehabilitation – Africa will be responsible for all large upgrades of our gas and stream turbine fleet in the region, including Project Development, financing solutions & execution strategy.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Contributing to specific strategies definition and execution in order to grow PGS orders & Commitment
• Liaising as needed with the Africa PGS SM managers in order to ensure the needed cooperation and coordination on Territory / Customer centered approaches and strategies
• Liaising with the global PGS Sales teams & Engineering, Region OTR, CommOps, Risk, etc, as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Direct sales, account or operation leadership experience
• Fluent in English
• Broad knowledge of industry best practices in the Power generation industry
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels,
• Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions
Preferred location is Lagos. other location will be consider for strong candidates
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Desired Characteristics: Six Sigma Green Belt certification (internal Candidate) Master's in Business Administration Experience in power plant operation & on financial models and financing Knowledge of business development and/or building growth plans
