Job description:
• Increase sales of warehouse solutions (racking, shelving & light products, HVLS fans) to corporate clients.
• Prospect new potential clients and promote the Emel warehouse solutions and maintain the contacts.
• Build a healthy pipeline of potential clients and influencers like architects, construction companies etc...
• Maintain Client & Customer relationship Management and promote a high service of all.
• Manage and assume full responsibility for the total customers warehousing project from start to end. (prospection, proposal, negotiation, ordering, installation and payment)
• Liaise with Customer, in-house designer, suppliers and other Emel departments.
• FOLLOW UP and effectively report on all the activities, projects, strategies, market trends in a timely manner.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• 3 – 5 years sales experience in technical, heavy duty, warehouse, factory installations (racking, shelving, lightning, fans or general warehouse, factory equipment).
• University degree. Pref. In engineering or Architecture
• Interested in technical products and/or solutions
• Computer literate in Microsoft office, CADCAM is an advantage.
• Administration knowledge
• Basic financial knowledge
• Very good and clear communication in English.
• Pro-active in problem solving.
• Well presented, self managed, highly motivated, flexible – willing to work overtime and weekends if required.
