Our client, a leading Brokerage Firm with strong roots across Nigeria and beyond, seeks to strengthen its operational capability by the appointment of experienced professionals as:
MANAGER (TECHNICAL)
Reports to: Managing Director
Responsibilities:
• Risk management, underwriting, claims management and credit control
• Client Servicing & Business Development
• Design and placement of insurance program for clients with approved insurers
• Co-ordinate the re-marketing of clients' policies in the unit as necessary
• Negotiating rates & terms for new and existing policies
• Remittance to Insurer/ Co-Insurers
• Audit of policy documents/endorsements to ensure that the wordings of terms and conditions are adequate and are prepared according to instructions
• To assess risk portfolio and design seamless risk management package for the client
• Conduct of Surveys and Preparation of Survey Reports
• Generation of unit monthly production report
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
We seek the following qualities in the ideal candidate:
• A Bachelor's degree (minimum of 2nd class lower) in Social Sciences or Humanities
• At least 10 years of post graduate experience in Insurance
• Age not older than 45 years
