• Coordinating daily activies as per scheduled
• Following up on received tickets that need extra technical support
• General technical support
Requirements:
• An engineering degree minimum of BSc or Eng/ the equivalent of HND from a reputable university
• Certification/licensure: Any relevant certification
• Experience: At least 2 years experience with ericsson equipment
• Work as a member of a team
• Work under pressure
