Job description: This role entails coaching the executive team in selecting targets and identifying strategic initiatives required to achieve targeted performance on the scorecard measures and serve as the central organizational resource to coach, educate, train, and assist local project leaders about the scorecard methodology and tools.
Requirement:
• An MBA Degree from a recognized university
• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Experience working through strategy, designing, building, testing and implementing large enterprise projects
