Responsibilities:
• Take major responsibility for marketing and promoting the business.
• Drive business growth through directing and managing external business activities as well as internal operations.
• To plan, direct, manage strengthen and grow the performance of the company's operations.
• This position requires strong time management and administrative oversight, solid business acumen and self-motivation.
• Drive service expectations for excellence in the guest experience
• Drive the marketing team to deepen existing customer relationships and develop new ones.
• Developing and executing action plans to improve company's performance, revenue growth
• Maximise existing commercial Assets
Qualifications and Requirements:
• B.Sc. in a relevant discipline from a reputable tertiary institution.
• Ability to work without supervision
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong analytical, leadership and negotiation skills
• Able to work well to limited supervision.
