CIPMN is currently recruiting for an international company and major player in the service sector of the Nigerian economy for the following position:
Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Selection
• Salaries and Wages Administration
• Human Resource Services/Welfare
• Human Resource Information and Services
• Industrial Relation
• Review and Implementation of HR Policies
Required Skills/Competencies:
• First degree in any discipline; Apostgraduate degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resource practice
• Computer skills – proficiency in MS-office application
• Ability to manage due process and procedures
• Strong negotiating and presentation skills
• Good communication skills – oral & written
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of personal effectiveness
• Membership of CIPM will constitute an advantage
