Job Title: 3D Product Designer Executive/Sales

REPORTS TO: Showroom Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Ensuring the ultimate customer experience for visitors by providing design solutions in 3D that will enable them visualize how product will fit into space.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Receiving and walking customers through the Showroom
• Meeting with client to understand their needs
• Provide 3D images of client's space featuring sanitary ware products
• Providing relevant information to customers and ensuring that 99% of walk-in prospective customers buy product by creating the ultimate 'customer experience'
• Responsible for collecting client information and communicating new product lines through in-house communications tool
• Build and maintain a robust customer base for repeat businesses
• Regular follow up and updates on products to customers
• Assist with developing annual sales and marketing program
• Main relationship with client through phone call and text messages. As well as congratulatory messages during anniversaries
• Continuous product knowledge through constant research by reading of product materials and learning from plumbers and Showroom Manager
• Responsible for meeting sales target as assigned by Showroom Manager
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
• Asking relevant questions to get a good understanding of customer needs in order to recommend adequate product(s)
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Retail and Customer Service experience Experience in using drawing softwares
WORK RELATIONSHIPS : Warehouse and Logistics Manager, Admin and Accounts Manager
