Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are urgently looking for intelligent and innovative, entrepreneurial individuals to join our sales and marketing team.
The Job:
• You need to be a confident, well presented and a well spoken person.
• You'll be the face of the company to our customers and as such need to be focused on ensuring excellent customer service.
• You'll be expected to manage existing customers in the Confectionary Company as well as pitching for new business.
• You will also take ownership of orders from point of sale, liaising with production Manager and Bakery Staff/ technicians.
Job Requirements:
• A Male/ Female graduate with BSC or HND
• Have an interest in or ability for sales & marketing with minimum of 3 years Exp
• Be familiar with MS Windows & Office solutions (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Be a team player with experience in a Bakery company
• Be well spoken (able to articulate yourself clearly and confidently)
• Be very presentable
• Be entrepreneurial and driven
• Be a LEADER
• Be HONEST
Job Remuneration: You'll get a competitive base salary but also a performance-linked component (a competitive percentage of every sale you make) meaning your income will grow over time as you build experience and knowledge of the business.
