Nigerian international Sunday Stephen has admitted he is on the verge of exiting from his Israeli side Bnei Sakhnin when the January window reopens.

The former Numancia and Osasuna player also revealed that he still dream of making the Nigerian squad for next summer's World Cup in Brazil.

"I have an offer from CSKA Sofia in Bulgaria and some other teams in Greece but I have to decide that in the coming days.

"It's hard to think about things like that especially when you've just played a game and your team has got beaten.

"But I can only get there by the team doing well and working hard for the team. Hopefully I can do that."

Stephen is currently not on the radar of coach Stephen Keshi but however, he is keen to work hard for his place and accepts that a turnaround in his side's fortunes could be crucial.

He added: "You don't want to think of your own targets and things like that but hopefully if the team performs well, then I'll do well and you never know where that might take you."

"Obviously, if I manage to get on that plane to Brazil, I'd be delighted."
