My client is a well established contractor with a number of major roads projects in Nigeria. They are looking to appoint a COO to work alongside the current CEO. You will be a civil engineer by background with extensive roads experience.
You will be employed to help further the business and improve existing operations. You will have a strong business mind and be commercially astute. You will help to set up further operating companies throughout Africa to compete for other similar road / bridge projects.
This role will suit an experienced professional looking for a more strategic role. You will have a successful track record on major project delivery and will be happy to be based in West Africa working with multi ethnic teams.
Requirements:
• Degree Level Education – Civil Engineering
• Management training / Qualifications – Post Grad / MBA etc
• Strong Civil Engineering Experience – Roads and Bridges
• Willing to be based in West Africa
