Our client, a leading exploration and production oil and gas operator, have an opportunity for Planning Engineer, to work on a contract basis, in Nigeria.
The Planning Engineer will be in charge of the EPC Contract Platforms Scheduling and Planning activities, aiming at completion of the work scope within the assigned duration, where they will review and analyse contractors scheduling and planning documents, monitor progress and control Project activities, identify potential delays, analyse and issue proposed corrective actions as required, prepare the Project Planning documents, prepare the weekly report, elaborate monthly progress report, liaise with company to define progress measurement, and file the planning related documents according the document filing system
The successful applicant will have extensive experience of planning within the oil and gas industry, including experience on large scale projects. They will be a Primavera planning tool expert, have practise of MS Project, and will be fluent in spoken and written English.
