Job Title: Vice President – Sales, Group COO

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Develop a comprehensive business plan, including a new product roadmap around seven lines of GPTW businesses over the next 5 yrs.

•    Oversee operating plan, budgets, cash flow and overall company finances.

•    Build and lead an effective and cohesive executive management team, establishing a basic personnel policy, initiating and monitoring policies relating to personnel actions and training and professional development programs.

•    Build and motivate a world-class sales & marketing team.  Responsible for all elements of sales compensation, tools, planning, organization and structure.

•    Establish and implement short and long term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

•    Close deals with industry partners.  

•    Help build an excellent board of directors and board of advisors.

•    Ensure that operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by management and employees.

•    Ensure that the company and its businesses comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, best practice.

•    Establish, achieve and report on milestones to the company's Board of Directors.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

•    10+ years of senior level management experience.

•    Prior experience selling for a large consulting firm, commercial bank/investment bank or other related companies/organizations.

•    Prior CEO/COO experience desired.

•    5+ years of strategic sales and marketing plan development and delivery, ideally directed at large corporations

•    Experienced entrepreneur who has taken at least one start up from Series A all the way to an investor's exit strategy, desired.  

•    Excellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

•    Excellent C-level oral and written communication skills.

•    Extensive experience in fund raising through venture capitalists and angel investors.

•    Track record of building creative, collaborative and apolitical teams.

•    Willing to both lead at high level and be hands on as needed.
