Description:
• Monitoring hygiene and sanitary status of premises, operation process and inform the concerned department.
• Daily monitoring of temperature of coldroom and maintenance or records.
• QC report on poultry and products.
Requirement: ND, HND or BSc Microbiology/Food Science Technology
