Job Title: Training Instructor

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Employer: Inspection Service Company

Responsibilities:

•   Develops, prepares and delivers power point training presentations Designs training programmes, delivers and facilitate training programs.

•   Assist in planning and coordinating all the activities of the Training academy

•   Re-appraises and reviews training methods and strategies for improvement.

•   Enforces discipline in the class and in the academy

•   Sources training materials on professional oil and gas services and allied matters and prepares training curriculum and resource document for departmental head approval

•   Undertakes research into oil and gas services and make recommendation to the Training Manager

•   Any other job assigned by the Training & Human Capacity Development Manager

Requirements:

•   1st Degree or equivalent in Applied Science or Engineering courses

•   Minimum of 4 years work experience in HSE position in Oil & Gas Sector or it's equivalent

•   Certification in Education is an added advantage.

•   Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage

•   Must have good oral & written Communication

•   Skills Good Interpersonal skills

•   Must be creative Skill/initiative Confidentiality

•   Should possess Administrative & Organizational skills
