Job Description: PRO-telligent, LLC, a Tetra Tech company, was recently awarded a contract with The Department of State, Overseas Buildings Operations, Office of Construction Management (CM). We are seeking cleared Electrical Engineers with experience providing engineering services in support of construction sites. This contract supports construction of US embassy compounds. Individuals in this position will be deployed to Abuja, Nigeria for 12 months. Candidates must have 10 years of experience working on active construction sites. Design office experience does not count toward the minimum experience. A Top Secret or interim Top Secret clearance is required. Candidates with a Secret clearance and all other qualifications listed in the job requirements will be considered for an upgrade to Top Secret.
The Electrical Engineer:
• Serves as an Electrical Engineer.
• Develops working knowledge of all technical requirements of projects
• Provides Quality Assurance for ongoing construction projects
• Reviews contractor submittals from electrical engineering perspective.
• Prepares responses to RFI questions related to electrical engineering
• Evaluates proposed submittal substitutions with electrical engineering implications
• Coordinates development of Independent Government Estimates for modifications and change orders
• Reviews and evaluated design calculations and data from electrical engineering perspective
• Prepares monthly progress report summarizing project status, with emphasis on electrical engineering

Job Requirements:
This position requires the following:
• 10 years of engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• Current Top Secret Clearance or clearable to the TS level
• Oversees experience preferred
• Professional Registration preferred
