Qualification:
- A University Degree or Higher degree with a Professional Certificate in Food and Hospitality Management is preferable.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hotel
- Manage, coordinate and control the expenditure activities.
- Budgeting, performance Management and Profit improvement.
- Experience in analyzing sales figures and devising marketing strategies.
- Experience in planning work schedules for individuals and teams.
- Work with tax authorities and external auditors in statutory audits and ensure cordial working relationship.
Skill Requirement:
- A minimum of ten (10) years working experience with four (4) years in the same capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer focused with excellent social skills
- Strong willingness and ability to train others.
- An ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present clear and concise oral and written reports when required.
- Creative and visionary problem solving skills, excellent analytical skills, able to effectively challenge the status quo and encourage positive working environment.
