Job Title: Technical Support Officer
Location: Nigeria

Roles:
• Provision of technical support to Garages, Dealers and Customers including training
• Monitoring of Compliance with brand standards
• Updating the Dealership on After Sales policies and programmes
• Expansion of service outlets
• Execute plans for the use of genuine spare parts across the network
Desired Skills and Experience:
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:
• Proficiency in the use of IT Equipment
• Have good report skills
• Sound technical knowledge of automobile products
• Must not be more than 35 years
• Advanced training in Auto technology & Membership of relevant professional Body will be an added advantage.
• 3-4 years' experience in related job environment
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering or its equivalent
Location: ABUJA & LAGOS
REPORTING LEVEL: These positions report to the After Sales Manager
