One of the world's leading oil and gas organisations is looking for a Senior Manager to run one of their highly experienced teams across the West African region. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a large region with great new business potential.
This division works internationally in exploration, reservoir evaluation, field development, drilling and production management activities. The Regional Manager will be heavily involved in new business development and should have a proven track record building and maintaining successful relationships with executive level professionals.
The West Africa Regional Manager should have:
• Degree in Engineering or Geoscience (or related discipline)
• Strong technical background in the upstream oil and gas industry
• Extensive business development experience
• Previous experience in a management position
• Exposure to assets in West Africa
• Proven experience leading and mentoring project teams
• Knowledge of managing budgets and expenditures
• Experience developing and implementing business strategies
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a Senior Management position with a highly reputable international oil and gas company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire business unit across West Africa, working very closely with the other geographical Regional Managers.
