Job Title: Analyst, Treasury Operations

Job Summary:
• Ensure that all transactions on Etisalat Nigeria bank statements are accurately and promptly captured on ERP.
• Ensure that all bank instructions are properly executed by Etisalat Nigeria signatories within agreed timelines.
Principal Functions:
• Ensure all collection reports are prepared timely.
• Confirm lodgements made manually into Etisalat Nigeria account.
• Capture postpaid subscriber payments on the billing platform.
• Receipt and return of all payment packs from the Accounts Payable unit.
• Posting of vendor invoices on ERP before they are processed for payment.
• Ensure payments instructions are duly executed by Etisalat Nigeria signatories.
• Filing of all bank instructions and journal vouchers.
• Follow up with banks and/or user group on all payment and collection queries.
• Resolve all outstanding reconciling items.
• Process all bank guarantees received from vendors and dealers.
• Carry out other activities as assigned by Manager, Treasury Operations
Educational Requirements: Possess a University degree in a numerate/financial discipline (Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Studies or similar fields)
Experience,Skills & Competencies:
• Complete ease with Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Have at least one (1) year post NYSC relevant work experience.
