Job Title: Out Door Catering Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

This position has the responsibility of growing the business within the country and to ensure that the Out Door Catering business unit is profitable, efficient and focused on customer satisfaction and product quality.
1. MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Responsible for the achievement of target turnover
• Responsible for the achievement of target operating profit
• Responsible for effective Canteen Management
• Responsible for the general supervision and coordination of event in line with customer/clients standard
• Responsible for Sourcing of new customers
• Responsible for preparing quotations
• To communicate with clients at all levels
• Responsible for achieving an effective feedback system
• Responsible for effective Staff Management
• Responsible for proper use and maintenance of Equipments
Any other task as assigned by Management
1. PERSON PROFILE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Must possess B.Sc/HND Hotel and Catering Management
• Must possess a minimum of 5 years working experience in similar job function
• Must possess problem solving skills
• Must be confidence and have a friendly disposition
• Must possess good numeric skills
• Must possess good communication skill and writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines
• Must possess good time management skill
• Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate effectively
