Purpose of the Role:
1. Analyze chemical Raw materials, and ensure conformity to specification and to report when off specification occurs.
2. Analyze intermediate products, finished products and market samples and ensuring results conforms to specification to report when off specification occurs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and standardization of Laboratory Reagents.
• Receive way bill from Warehouse for every receipt of raw materials and document.
• Inspect off loading of raw materials and weigh representative samples to confirm declared weight.
• Take samples and Analyze against specifications for chemical analysis.
• Record your readings, release good materials and reject if it failed the confirmatory tests.
• Water quality assessment across site. Update daily product library samples.
• Quarterly assessment of product library samples.
• Daily/monthly analysis of products according to S.O.N & UMA standards.
• Analyze, document and send reports on all raw material advance samples.
• Monthly analysis of Market samples.
Knowledge Required: A minimum of OND in the applied sciences.
