Requirements:
• A graduate with 4-5 years of experience preferably in Telecom industry
• Educational Qualifications: First degree from a recognized University, IT Certifications (JAVA, CISCO etc)
• Scheduling, coordinating and the management of new releases and changes including releases of application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades, Projects and Programs.
• Responsible for implementing and managing change and release processes for the
• progression of code in the development, test, and production environments.
• Measure and monitor progress to ensure application changes are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations.
• Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates.
