African University of Science & Technology (AUST) located in Abuja Nigeria is currently selling its admission forms for the 2011/12 academic session at AUST.
Admission to AUST is based on academic performance and potential. As part of the admissions process applicants will be informed whether they will have to take an entrance examination, and the dates and location for such an exam.
The Masters Programs offered by the AUST are graduate studies in the fields of science and engineering. Admissions for 2011/2012 are for the following MSc/PhD programs:
• MSc in Pure and Applied Mathematics
• MSc in Computer Science
• MSc in Theoretical Physics
• MSc in Materials Science and Engineering
• MSc in Petroleum Engineering
For 2011/12 the cost of the program is $11,700. Full and partial scholarships are available to qualified applicants. Full scholarship covers only tuition, room and board. The university does not provide monthly monetary stipends in addition to scholarships.
Students are expected to cover their transportation to the AUST campus in Abuja.
