Job Title: Groundsman (2 year renewable contract)

The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture seeks suitable Nigerian Nationals for the position of Groundsman at the Institute's guesthouse in Lagos
Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will among other things perform the following duties:
• Maintain IGH Lawn and clean premises
• Dress ornamental potted plants and flowers
• Clean gatehouse security house, drivers' quarters/rooms
• Deputize for Housekeeping Assistant/Cook & Waiter in their absence
• Assist at the Laundry
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualification and Experience:
The ideal candidate must possess:
• WASC with two years experience in general corporate cleaning
• Strong ability to co-ordinate, prioritise and organize workload; take initiative and work under pressure.
• Posses good team spirit.
