Job Title: Hotel Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for maximizing revenues.
2. Responsible for preparation of property budget and forecasts.
3. Manages labor standards and property level expenses to achieve maximum flow through to the bottom line profit.
4. Explains and manages financial activities. Reconcile all financial accounts.
5. Monitors collection of in-house guest balances and direct bill receivables, commission payments by vendors, and issuance of refund checks.
6. Participates and monitors monthly inventory of supplies and equipment.
7. Ensures purchases made are within budget and by approved vendors.
8. Recruits qualified applicants. Trains employees in accordance with company standards.
9. Motivates and gives direction to all employees.
10. Communicates all policies and procedures to entire staff. Conducts regular meetings to provide various information including company communications, policy reviews, local property activities, goals, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of OND in a relevant discipline
• 1-3 years cognate experience but not strictly apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
