Job Title: Financial Adviser

Details: Oversees the day-to-day activities of the finance team and ensures the organization's finance function is organized to produce accurate financial and management accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team
• Initiates and ensures necessary implementation of accounting/financial controls measures in the organization
• Leads in the preparation of budgets. forecasts and cash flows
• Prepares statutory and internal financial reports
• Initiates Annual Stock-taking of Assets. ensures their safe-keeping the Assets Register update
• Maintenance of financial books and accounting processes
Requirements:
• BSc/HND and fully qualified ACA, ACCA/CIMA [or equivalent] with previous financial control and management reporting experience
• Demonstrable experience in managing accounting teams
• Ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement and logical decision making
• Strong computer literacy with solid understanding of accounting software principles.
• Knowledge of Navision will be an added advantage
