Facebook has had no trouble making friends with iPhone users. The social network's iPhone app is the most popular free application in Apple's store. For iPad, though, it's a very different story. iPads have been in the hands of users for well over a year, yet Facebook still hasn't delivered an app targeted to that platform. There have been blips and rumors suggesting an app will eventually see the light of day, but for now, iPad-slinging Facebookers must access the network through one of three alternate routes.
