Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, has admitted that his side's defensive errors have cost the Gunners a chance of title success, in an open letter to a disgruntled fan.
The Frenchman also accepted that the club's decline was his fault after the fan expressed his displeasure at the lack of big signings arriving at the Emirates Stadium.
"We have shown that we have the technical quality to win the league but certainly not the defensive solidity to do it," wrote Wenger.
