Description: – Draft legal documents in Corporate law with regards to: FCPA requirements, tax, insurance, service agreements, NCNDs, SLAs, protecting intellectual property, patents, financial agreements, all types of JVs, and business strategic planning – Other: Proposal writing, clerical and Business Development
