It was celebration galore as the Department of Theater and Cultural studies of the Nasarawa State University, Keffi NSUK witnessed the graduation of the first set of students admitted during the 2009/2010 session.

The graduating student said their joy knew no bounds while they gave thanks to the Almighty God for seeing them through.

"The road was not rosy, but we thank God that today marks the end of our studies in this university," said Shammah, one of the graduating students.

A lecturer in the NSUK department, Hajiya Lantana Ahmed, could not hold her joy as she joined the graduating students in dancing at the entrance of the department and also wished them well in their future endeavors.

The graduates pledged to be good ambassadors of the department and the university at large.
