The new Chelsea coach, Andre Villas-Boas, has admitted the reality of life at Chelsea as he conceded he'll be fired if he is not a winner.
The former Porto boss, who won the UEFA cup with them, before resigning his appointment, was unveiled at Stamford Bridge as Carlo Ancelotti's successor and the seventh Blues boss of owner Roman Abramovich's reign.
Ancelotti was sacked 12 months after winning the first domestic Double in the club's history, but failed to win any silverware in the concluded season.
A realistic Villas-Boas, who has signed a three-season deal worth £6.2million-a-year, expects a similar fate if he does not deliver his side of the bargain.
