The convocation ceremony coming up at Covenant Univeristy, Ota will see over one thousand graduates receive first degree certificates from the institution.

The convocation, which is the 9th in the university's history will hold between 25th to 29th June, 2014 at the Ota campus of the institution.

Theme of this year's Covenant University convocation is "The Release of the Eagles" as the immediate past Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Dr Sarah Alade, would deliver a keynote address at the occasion.

The university said that a special convocation service to be presided over by its Chancellor, Dr David Oyedepo, would be held on June 25 with other activities lined up for the ceremony which includes a special convocation assembly at the University Chapel.
