Upstream Oil Industry – Our client is an independent company with significant interest In Oil and Gas Industry and seeks to engage experienced, intelligent and self-driven individuals to fill the below position as a result of its expansion and development programmes.

Minimum Education and Experience: – Minimum – BSc Geology/Geophysics Petroleum Engineering 1st/2nd Class Upper – Preferably with MSc in Petroleum Geo science/Engineering. – Minimum of 15-25 years' experience in a major or middle sized E & P Company, Five of which should be at Management/Executive level. – Manager of Men a Materials. Preparation of Budget and Budgetary Controls for exploration and development functions. – Understanding and management of all statutory requirements in the Oil &Gas industry. – Manage, establish and define Exploration and Petroleum Engineering Tasks & Targets & define Corporate short, medium and long term strategies for the E&P – Very conversant with all aspects of exploration and petroleum engineering, drilling, completion and production. – Must not be less than 35 years. – Must have spent 10 – 15 years in regional geology, basin evaluation, subsurface evaluation, prospects generation; drilling and field development – Good in human relations – Provide expertise in field development plans, reserves assessment, assets acquisition and new ventures, exploration, appraisal and field development activities. – Knowledgeable in land, swamp and offshore seismic acquisition and location preparation activities etc.
