About You: – Graduate from recognized University – 10 years in Customer Service Industry, preferably in Automobiles – You will have strong customer relation, negotiation skills and have the ability and confidence to resolve customer complaints – You must be confident dealing with people both over the phone and face to face – Excellent telephone handling skills and customer oriented approach. – You will have extremely high standards of presentation – Ability to perform under pressure. – You must be multi-tasking and proactive.
