The management of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife has announced that the Post Utme screening exercise for the institution will be coming up on Saturday, August 2, 2014. Registration will commence soon.

This is to request you to nominate members of your staff to participate in various positions in the conduct of the screening exercise.

All Heads of Departments/Units are kindly requested to nominate willing staff members and send via e-mail to the following address(es): eoafolabi@oauife.edu.ng or emmorac@yahoo.com or soladayo49@yahoo.com.

All recommendations must be forwarded to Director, Academic Affairs on or before Wednesday, July 16, 2014 with the endorsement of the Heads of Departments. Un authorized nominations will not be attended to.

It will be appreciated if different lists can be presented for the different categories of participants being recommended in Microsoft Excel format.

Please note that we are not obliged to appoint any/all of your nominees as the spaces available may not accommodate every nominee.

The exercise will require the services of officers in the following categories:
COORDINATORS CONUASS 6 – 7
CONTISS 14 – 15
SUPERVISORS CONUASS 4 – 5
CONTISS 11 – 13
INVIGILATORS CONUASS 1 – 3
CONTISS 6 – 10
ASSISTANT INVIGILATORS CONUASS 1 – 5
