Job Title: Head of Operations
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:
• Develop operational procedures and standards to achieve business goals.
• Develop budget plans to control expense and meet cost objectives.
• Develop strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.
• Schedule monthly meetings to discuss about concerns, budgets and business improvements.
• Assist in development and delivery of all client projects.
• Manage staffing requirement and assignment for client projects.
• Coordinate with Operation Managers to implement projects within allotted time and budget.
• Coordinate with HR team in recruitment and training of new personnel.

• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work with or without supervision.
• Must be learnable and teachable.
• Must have Customer Relation skills.
• Must be creative and initiative.
• Must use the position applied for as the subject of application.
• Possess minimum of OND: BSC/HND is an added advantage.
