Interested applicants are advised to come down to the school and purchase the form at the designated banks around the school.

The banks include: Oko micro finance bank, Isuofia microfinance bank, Zenith bank Ekwulobia, First bank Ekwulobia etc.

After the purchase of the forms, students are urged to log on to the official school portal by clicking here http://portal.federalpolyoko.edu.ng/applications/ApplicationForm/ApplicationCategory.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1 and click on the link at the bottom of the page to proceed.
