This is to inform members of the public in particular candidates who score 150 and above and have made, Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja-Nigeria as their first or second choice in the 2014 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) that the 2014/2015 Post-UTME form is now on sale.

2. To fill the Post UTME form online, Click on: kogistatepoly.edu.ng

NOTE:
- The Post UTME fee is N2,500
- Forms obtained are not transferable and the names on the receipts in respect of forms obtained must tally with the names on the completed application forms.
