After checking your Unilag post utme result and you found out that your mark is kinda low am sure the next thing that comes to mind is how can I change my course to a lesser competitive course?

Many have been asking me; How does the Unilag change of course form works, can I change my course now, how do I go about it? Etc.

I will explain briefly in this post how it works based on my experience so far managing this platform since 2012 that I started this blog....

Now after the post utme results the next thing unilag will release is the cut off marks for all courses.

After the cut off marks has been released the Merit admission list which consist of those that made the merit cut off marks and Unilag Catchment Cut Off marks follows together with the change of course application form if there will be any that year. Yes! If there will any that year.

In order words it is not always guaranteed that there will be a change of course application for a particular year.

What determines if there will be any change of course application for a particular year is if there are vacancies in some other departments that have low turn out of applicants via jamb utme.

Unilag will normally advertise vacant departments immediately after the merit list.

The students who met the merit cut off marks but couldn't find their name on the merit list, those that applies for change of course and Direct entry applicants are the ones that made up the final supplementary list.
