Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti for Full-time programmes in the 2014/2015 Academic Session leading to the award of Higher National Diploma (HND).

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should possess National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in the course/programme of choice and five (5) relevant credits including English Language and Mathematics at the SSCE/NECO or GCE O'Level. A minimum of one year post ND cognate work experience (Industrial Training).

PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM:
Interested candidates should obtain HND FULL-TIME Application E- transact slip (confirmation order number printed on it) from any branch of the specified Banks upon payment of ten thousand naira (N10,000.00) only a. First Bank Nig. Plc. b. Access Bank Plc. c. Enterprise Bank Limited d. GT Bank Plc. e. Skye Bank Nigeria Plc. Candidates are reminded that Bank charges will be paid at the point of purchase.

Candidates are to log on to www.utme.fedpolyado.edu.ng Click on the HND FULL TIME Application. Log-in with your E-transact confirmation order number (as printed on your E-transact slip). Complete the application form as appropriate; upload your passport photograph; supply your phone number and your own e-mail address. Click on submit to print your application form and Acknowledgement slip.

N.B: i. Candidates should also ensure that the transcripts of their academic records are forwarded directly by their former institutions to reach.
