Fed Poly Ado Post Utme 2014 form is officially out. All interested applicants who made the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti their choice of Institution in the 2014/2015 UTME and whose score is not below 150 are eligible to apply.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Interested candidates are required to pay a screening fee of N1,000.00 (One thousand naira) only and a fee for result checking and admission status verification of N2,000.00 (Two thousand naira) only. Obtain POST UTME Application E-transact slip (confirmation order number printed on it) from any branch of the specified Banks upon payment of necessary fee. [First Bank Nig. Plc. Access Bank Plc. Enterprise Bank Limited. GT Bank Plc. Skye Bank Nigeria Plc.] Candidates are reminded that Bank charges will be paid at the point of purchase.

Candidate are expected to complete the post-UTME form on-line via www.utme.fedpolyado.edu.ng

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES:
a. log on to www.utme.fedpolyado.edu.ng
b. Click on the post-UTME screening
c. Log-in with your E-transact confirmation order number (as printed on your E-transact slip)
d. Complete the application form as appropriate; upload your passport photograph; supply your phone number and your own e-mail address.
e. Click on submit to print your application form and Acknowledgement slip.

SCREENING DATE & DETAILS:
Fed poly Ado post utme 2014 candidates will be required to write a computer-based test made up of questions in English Language, Mathematics and the UTME relevant subjects as stipulated in the UTME brochure for the different programmes.

Date: Monday, 1st September, till Saturday, 6th September, 2014

Time: 8.30 a.m. prompt each day.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE:
Candidates are required to bring the following documents to the screening exercise: i) UTME notification of result slip ii) Original and photocopy of the printout of the POST UTME on-line registration form.

Results of the screening exercise will be published on the Polytechnic's website after the examination.

CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF FORMS ON-LINE:
Candidates are hereby informed that the submission of the applications for the Post UTME on the Polytechnic's website will close on Friday, 29th August, 2014.
